cancellation and refund policy

1.      A booking for a course or experience becomes binding when payment of a non-refundable deposit is made or a confirmation email is sent to you by us for an event booked using a gift voucher. Full payment of the balance is required on arrival on an event.


 2.      Anglesey Bees reserve the right to cancel a course or experience due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to contact and inform you in advance if a course or experience is cancelled. In the event that we cancel a course or experience you will receive a full refund by bank transfer.

 

3.      We cannot be held responsible for any financial loss or inconvenience caused by us cancelling a course or experience.

 

4.      If you have booked with a gift voucher or by paying a deposit,  you should notify us of your intention to cancel by email to dafydd@angleseybees.co.uk

 

5.    Deposits paid to secure a booking are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.


  6. If you cancel a booking for an event and notify us of this at least 14 days before the date of the event, and you have in addition, paid the balance,  we will issue you with a credit note to the same value as the balance, to be used within 12 months. Deposits are non-refundable and we do not issue refunds in cash or bank transfer.


7. A credit note issued in response to a cancelation made at least 14 days before an event become null and void if not used within 12 months of the date of the original event.

 

8. A balance paid for events cancelled  in part or full by you 14 days or less before an event are non-refundable and cannot be rearranged.


9.Gift vouchers used to book events cancelled by you 14 days or less before the event become null and void.


10.  We reserve the right not to take guests to the apiary during a course or experience or not to open and inspect bee hives in the apiary with guests when we are of the opinion that conditions are or will be not suitable for these activities.

 

11. We reserve the right not to cancel an event on the grounds of unsuitable weather conditions and to vary the activities offered, including the use a hives under shelter or a glass-fronted observation hive

 

12. We reserve the right to change the planned order of activities on events due to prevailing conditions.
