Beekeeping talks can be pitched at all levels of audience

Working as a biology teacher for 20 years and a research scientist before that, has instilled in me a passion for sharing my enthusiasm for beekeeping with audiences at all levels, including school pupils and college students, community groups, societies and  beekeeping associations.

From a member of Conwy Beekeeping Association, April 2024   "I have to say we really enjoyed the presentation yesterday evening. The speaker gave, in my opinion, a very comprehensive overview of how he manages his bees and rather surprisingly explains what did not work and why."

I have numerous tried-and-tested illustrated presentations suitable for a range of audiences, from "A year in the life of a beekeeper" aimed at an inquisitive lay audience, to "how I recovered from the Beast from the East" aimed at experienced beekeepers. I come equipped with laptop, projector and screen to illustrate and entertain, or I can bring along some equipment and an observation hive for a more hands-on informal session.

Alternatively you can arrange to visit us. We have a presentation room that can comfortably accommodate 20. Please contact me to discuss your requirements and my fee as I am sure that I can produce a bespoke presentation for you. I aim to leave my audience informed, entertained and wanting to know more....
